Brad Adamson, Managing Director of CoreVision Recruiting, LLC since 2017, has proven practical experience as a business leader with an acumen for identifying, acquiring, and developing strong talent that aligns with company strategic objectives. He is an analytical executive experienced in cultivating and fostering a positive culture of continuous improvement in a global business environment.

Brad served in various executive roles during his last fourteen years at Textron, a Fortune 250 company. Brad’s background includes VP Operations, VP Integrated Supply Chain, VP Customer Care, and Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma/Continuous improvement, in addition to founding CoreVision Recruiting, LLC in 2017.

In 2011, he served as Chairperson for Textron’s ISC Council.

Prior to Textron, Brad provided leadership in production control, supply chain, team development, and organizational development at AlliedSignal Automotive, now Honeywell.

Brad’s recent interests outside of work have included mentoring college students and working with a non-profit program that trains service dogs for veterans. An avid sports fan, he is always up for college football game day with his wife and two daughters.
